Ramatoulaye (Rama) is a Philadelphia native born to Senegalese immigrants, offering a unique perspective shaped by her experiences in both the charter and Archdiocese school systems. Currently pursuing a degree in Legal Studies and Marketing at Drexel University, she is expected to graduate in June 2026. Driven by her deep-rooted passion for equity reform, Rama brings a wealth of firsthand insights and a commitment to action. Her immersion in Philadelphia's diverse landscape and immigrant life experiences fuels her determination to effect meaningful change. Outside of her professional pursuits, Rama finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends, reading, watching history documentaries and honing her skills in makeup artistry, hairstyling, and DJing.

In her role as a GPLEX Associate, Rama collaborates directly with Kejsi to orchestrate an annual, immersive three-day conference experience for Philadelphia's most influential leaders across various cities nationwide. Additionally, she assists with the spotlighting of dynamic individuals and organizations within Philadelphia through the GPLEX 360 program, catalyzing lasting impact toward equitable growth.
