Virtual Town Hall

On April 10, 2020, the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia hosted a virtual town hall to discuss the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on Philadelphia's food economy. We were joined by a group of expert panelists representing different sectors of the local food economy: Jeff Brown, President and CEO of Brown's Super Stores Inc; Maria Campbell, Founder and CEO of Cooks Who Care; and Kim Carter, Vice President of Partnerships at The Enterprise Center. All three panelists provided invaluable insights on Philadelphia's food economy and offered solutions for how the city can navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic.
