KEYNOTE BY IBM SMARTER CITIES CHIEF
Head of IBM's Global Smarter Cities Business Michael Dixon delivered keynote remarks on the importance of leveraging data-driven investments for policy innovation and metropolitan development.
Mr. Dixon leads IBM’s vision, strategy and operations for helping cities around the world achieve sustainable growth, while solving their most pressing problems. During his 27 years at IBM, he has held a series of sales, management and executive positions associated with the public sector across increasingly broad geographies. UNVEILING THE WORLD CLASS INDEX
The Economy League introduced the inaugural World Class Index -- a dynamic tool to help Greater Philadelphia's business and civic leaders track progress around our shared agenda for regional growth and opportunity. We also highlighted six organizations and collaboratives that are working to move these numbers in the right direction.
