WORLD CLASS GREATER PHILADLEPHIA ROUNDTABLES
Monday May 23 to Tuesday August 2, 2011
Now through August 2, 2011, the Economy League is convening a series of roundtables with leaders from Greater Philadelphia's business, civic, government, and labor communities to discuss the regional implications of the four "futures" presented in the World Class initiative's recent 2026: Future Histories of Greater Philadelphia report. Roundtable participants engage in discussion about the four futures and work to identify the priority issues that we must focus on to make our region a world class place to live, work, and play -- no matter what the future holds.
The conversations at the regional priorities roundtables will help move World Class Greater Philadelphia toward a short list of long-term strategic priorities for the region that will become the focus of the initiative moving forward. These strategic priorities will be announced in the fall.
