The publication of the Economy League's Knowledge Industry Report in
2000 led to creation of a dynamic coalition called the Knowledge
Industry Partnership. The
Knowledge Industry Partnership (KIP) was broad-based group of civic,
business, government, and higher education leaders working together to maximize
the impact of the region's colleges and universities on
Greater Philadelphia's competitive position. Should I Stay or Should I Go
reported the findings of one of the most comprehensve surveys of recent
graduates to date about their motivations for remaining -- or not -- in
the Philadelphia region after graduation.
