Registration Fees

Private sector:  $3000
Government:  $2000
Nonprofits: fee based on annual budget (see below)

  • Annual budget greater than $50 million:  $3000
  • Annual budget between $50 million and $5 million:  $2500
  • Annual budget less than $5 million:  $2000
Registration fees cover the following:
  • Program and materials for the May 11 Orientation Session, June 25 Regional Exploration, and September 12-15 learning visit to the Bay Area
  • Room at the Omni San Francisco Hotel the nights of September 12, 13, and 14
  • Transportation within the Bay Area to all Leadership Exchange programming
  • 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 dinner (Sept. 14), Sept. 12 wine and cheese reception, and Sept. 13 welcome reception with Bay Area colleagues

Please note that participants are responsible for booking their own flights to the Bay Area (arrival on Sept. 12 and departure at noon or later on Sept. 15). The registration fee does not cover the cost of the flight.

Scholarships are not available from the Economy League. Some past participants have secured sponsorship from their board of directors or their companies.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee minus $500 will be refunded for cancellations on or before June 15, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 15, 2010.

Terms of Acceptance

All applicants must agree to the following terms if accepted to participate in the program:

  1. Participants' sponsoring organization or participants individually will pay the registration fee by the due date listed on the invoice.
  2. Participants agree to abide by the cancellation policy (above).
  3. Participants commit to attending all three components of the program: May 11 Orienation, June 25 Regional Exploration, and the learning visit September 12 to 15.

Wait List

Applicants not accepted to the program on April 15 will be placed on a waiting list. Wait listed applicants will be invited to participate when accepted applicants cancel their registration.
