ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE
The Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange is an initiative of the Economy League to develop leaders of business, civic, and government organizations into visionaries dedicated to making Greater Philadelphia a world class region.
Through in-region programming and out-of-region learning visits, the Leadership Exchange exposes leaders to new insights and ideas, forges new connections across sectors and industries, and deepens participants’ understanding of Greater Philadelphia’s potential. Since the inception of the Leadership Exchange in 2005, participants have consistently given the experience top marks for exposure to new information and ideas, building connections, and strengthening a community of leaders who are shaping the region’s future.
Participation in the Leadership Exchange is a competitive process with a goal of representing the geographic, demographic, sector, and industry diversity in the region. To be eligible, applicants must live and/or work in the Greater Philadelphia region and serve in a leadership role in a business, nonprofit, or government organization.

The Economy League is excited to announce we’ll be taking regional leaders to Seattle for the 2018 GPLEX learning visit, September 30th through October 3rd. Known for embracing new ideas, mind-boggling growth, and distinct political character, Seattle provides a fascinating case study of how things get done in other regions.

2016 LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE: LOS ANGELES
On September 25-28, the Economy League and a delegation of cross-sector Greater Philadelphia leaders traveled to the City of Angeles for a learning visit and leadership exchange.
